A Lynchburg lady who died progressing this week was covered in feces when Lynchburg paramedics were called to her residence Sunday, according to hunting warrants filed in the case.
Her son, 32-year-old Alexander Mikhail, was arrested and charged with abuse and slight of an incapacitated adult Wednesday, the day after his mother, 74-year-old Shirley Mikhail, died.
Lynchburg military detectives filed hunting warrants with the Lynchburg Circuit Court Clerk’s Office on Wednesday to hunting the Hook Drive residence for wardrobe and linens contaminated with feces, blood and urine, medications and initial assist and medical supplies.
The scrutiny began when military were called to Lynchburg General Hospital on Monday, the day after Shirley Mikhail was taken to the sanatorium “with feces casing her body from her ears to her feet.” She moreover had bedsores and a serious rash, the aver said.
Member of the Lynchburg Fire Department responded to the residence to ride Shirley Mikhail, who they found fibbing in bed, stating seasickness and disease that had lasted multi-part days.
